As a therapist for thirty years\, she has counseled hundreds of clients\, helping them deal effectively with change in their lives.Her latest self-help book is EIGHTYSOMETHINGS\, A Practical Guide to Letting Go\, Aging Well\, and Finding Unexpected Happiness. She also co-authored Workplace Diversity: A Manager’s Guide to Solving Problems and Turning Diversity into a Competitive Advantage\, 1995\, Adams Media\, a self-help book that has been widely acclaimed.
