Brendan D. Leahey Memorial Scholarship Fund

A scholarship fund established to honor the life and achievements of Brendan D. Leahey, M.D., and to perpetuate his legacy of excellence by providing one or more scholarship award(s) to Lowell High School graduates.

Michael J. Kuenzler Scholarship Fund

The purpose of the Fund is to provide two separate scholarship awards: one to a deserving senior from Lowell High School interested in pursuing a course of study in Law Enforcement at a two or four year institution. Another scholarship awarded to a deserving senior on the LHS Wrestling team interested in pursuing study at a two-year or four year academic institution.

Anna Lekas Kuenzler Scholarship Fund

The fund honors the life of Anna Lekas Kuenzler, a Lowell High School graduate in 1950, who was a simple, caring woman with extraordinary values which she passed on to her children. The Fund provides scholarship awards to graduating seniors from Lowell High School with economic need that plan to pursue an education at a two or four year academic institution.

William P. Kraines Memorial Scholarship Fund

Established in 2002 by family and friends in memory of this 1972 LHS graduate, the scholarship is awarded to seniors who demonstrate financial need and a desire to study English or the media arts in college. William Woodcock Scholarship Fund.

George D. and Stella A. Kouloheras Scholarship Fund

Established to award a scholarship to one graduating LHS senior who is first or second generation child of an immigrant, is a graduate of Bartlett Middle School or Hellenic Academy, who has performed community service and plans to attend a two or four year college.

Cole A. Kinney Memorial Scholarship Fund

The purpose of the Fund is to provide annual distributions for scholarships to students that are seniors graduating from the Greater Lowell Technical High School, Tyngsboro (GLTHS) with financial need, community service and extracurricular activities.

Mary V. Kiafas Scholarship Fund

Established in 2004 by Mary V. Kiafas , a 1941 LHS graduate, this scholarship is awarded to graduating Lowell High School seniors of Greek heritage.

Jack Kerouac Scholarship Fund

Named after the famous Lowell native and author , this scholarship fund was started in 2004 with proceeds from the Jack Kerouac 5K Road Race. This Lowell High School scholarship is awarded to students who will pursue a career teaching English, or in creative writing, journalism or professional practice in a related field.

John C. Kent Jr. Scholarship Fund

The purpose of the Fund is to provide annual distributions for scholarships to students graduating from the Greater Lowell Technical High School in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts, who are students in their senior year and are continuing their education at an accredited institution.

John M. Kenney Memorial Scholarship Fund

The Fund awards scholarships to one or more deserving students annually graduating from Lowell High School who wishes to pursue college study in accountancy or business administration.
